Prior to working with One Claim Solution (OCS), Quick Restore had tried several insurance billing specialists. While the other companies helped maintain cash flow, they required extra management which prevented Quick Restore from pursuing growth in other areas.
Since forming a partnership with OCS, Quick Restore was relieved from the stress of dealing with insurance billing. This not only increased their collections, but also allowed them to allocate their time and resources to staff training and marketing, which ultimately resulted in a twofold increase in revenue.
Quick Restore is a cleaning and restoration company based out of Arizona. Drake Thompson is the Emergency Service Division Manager and has been with the company since 2017. One of his roles starting out was handling the insurance billing.
“As time went on, I noticed there was an increasing pushback from the insurance companies as far as trying to come to settlements,” Thompson said. “It was taking way too much of my time and my team’s time to get that handled.”
When Thompson came in contact with OCS and started working with them, he noticed an immediate improvement in the trajectory of his company.
Thompson met OCS founders at lunch to go through the onboarding process. He said it was a clean transition and they even offered to take on current invoices that haven’t been sent to a carrier yet.
“The contract was smart, short, and easy to understand. They made sure that internally we had the structure to support their system and flow as best as possible,” Thompson said. “From there we hit the ground running and it was very easy to make the switch.”
Teaming up with OCS offered a unique advantage that other insurance billing companies were unable to provide – the freedom to grow.
“We’re now able to put 100% of our focus on helping our customers versus fighting with insurance companies for 360 days just trying to get paid for normal line items,” Thompson said. “With OCS, the stress of talking with adjusters is gone and you’re able to focus on marketing or other tasks that actually grow the company.“

“Prior to OCS, we had a 60 page contract that we paid $8,000 to have written. If you need a contract or something written up real quick, OCS has the templates to tweak and get you what you need,” Thompson said. “They’re busy people and we may not always ask for the smallest favors, but they always take the time to answer questions and get us what we need.”
After seeing the growth his company has experienced since teaming up with OCS, Thompson said Quick Restore is presently in the process of enlisting four additional branches with OCS.
“We’re super, excited to see those other branches roll in and keep this thing going! If there’s one thing that I’ve done in the last 10 years that has the potential of moving us forward in the best way, it would be switching to One Claim,” Thompson said. “Cash flow is coming in and our team has been extremely happy with the product they’re providing for us.”
